Validation Cloud is hiring a Senior Support Engineer to provide enterprise customer support for its blockchain products, including the Node API and Enterprise Staking solution. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, monitoring infrastructure, collaborating with DevOps and Engineering, maintaining documentation and monitoring dashboards, participating in on-call and incident response, and improving support operations. It requires at least six years of customer-facing technical support experience, distributed-systems and cloud-native troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with monitoring and incident-management tools. The position is fully remote in the Americas, with work hours aligned to North American business hours, and includes health, dental, and vision coverage.
