Description
Microsoft is looking for a Senior Support Engineer responsible for ensuring the stability, upgrades, and access operations of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. The role involves managing incidents, conducting root cause analyses, overseeing environment and release processes, enforcing DLP/governance, and aligning feature/enabled connectors with security and compliance policies. Close collaboration with various internal teams like Security, M365/Entra ID administrators, Platform Engineering, and Citizen Developer communities will be essential.
