Pavago is hiring a Senior Support Network Engineer to support and maintain ISP and fixed wireless network infrastructure while providing customer-facing technical support to U.S.-based B2B customers. The role involves troubleshooting and configuring MikroTik and Cisco routers and switches, monitoring network availability, resolving outages, supporting fixed wireless access and wireless links, and implementing OSPF and BGP. It is a full-time remote position requiring U.S. business hours and strong networking, wireless, routing, and customer support experience.
