The role serves as a client-facing support and delivery manager, handling cases, escalations, help-desk performance, documentation, training, project status, risks, and enhancements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 2–3 years of ERP experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
