The Senior Land Survey Manager / Associate serves as the highest-level technical and operational leader for the Survey/Mapping department, overseeing multiple project teams, a substantial book of business, and the Surveyor of Record responsibilities. The role manages complex survey projects, technical standards, QA/QC, client relationships, staffing, mentoring, and business development, while requiring extensive land surveying experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, a California Professional Land Surveyor License, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. The position is full-time in Irvine, California, with office-based work and occasional travel to field locations, and offers $170,000–$200,000 DOE plus location.
