Description
The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of a mixed-use property portfolio, manage landlord and tenant relationships, collect rent and service charges, prepare client reports, support lease and consent processes, conduct property inspections, maintain lease and property-management-system data, and supervise on-site staff. The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach, and proficiency with industry software such as Tramps, Qube, Yardi, Horizon, and Re-leased.
