The role involves developing business-aligned features, improving PHPUnit test coverage, collaborating with product, design, and QA teams, participating in code reviews and on-call rotations, mentoring others, and documenting architecture. Candidates must have at least five years of PHP experience, three years of Symfony experience, two years of PHPUnit unit-testing experience, strong MongoDB and design-patterns knowledge, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
