Description
The Senior System Analyst will act as an operations support system (OSS) specialist, working under the Operations Manager to ensure smooth business operations. This includes resolving operational problems, analyzing root causes, developing preventive measures, recommending process improvements, monitoring system operations, troubleshooting, managing application tools, and maintaining detailed logs. The role involves addressing customer issues, quality controlling IOT loads, implementing and monitoring various systems like IOT, TAPOUT, and RAPIN, as well as ensuring accurate DCH configurations and agreement setups. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to business meetings, develop support plans, and manage user access.
