Microsoft is hiring a Senior Hardware Systems Engineer for its Azure Cloud Hardware Systems Engineering team. The role focuses on system validation, test and debug frameworks, automation, SKU qualification, server subsystem troubleshooting, and end-to-end hardware solutions for Azure cloud platforms. Responsibilities include working with OEMs and ODMs, developing validation and debugging tools, collaborating with firmware, software, and systems teams, and handling production issues. The position requires a BS or MS in electrical or computer engineering, at least seven years of relevant server systems or platform development and validation experience, and extensive hands-on hardware validation, automation, debugging, and software development experience.
