Description
Nexperia is seeking a Systems Engineer, NeXteam (R&D) to identify and define next-generation Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) and signal-chain solutions. The role translates customer and application needs into IC specifications and product requirement documents, partners with GaN, SiC, and MOS teams on power-system architectures, and conducts feasibility, cost, risk, performance, and technical-differentiation studies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline and 10+ years of semiconductor systems engineering, applications, or product-definition experience.
