Micas Networks is hiring a Senior System Engineer for Board and Systems to act as the technical liaison between customers and the internal R&D team. The role focuses on high-performance networking switch hardware, including BMC, I2C, SPI, power, thermal, and signal integrity design, and requires experience integrating advanced ASICs such as Broadcom Tomahawk into networking products. The engineer will support customer discussions, cross-functional hardware development, and mentor junior engineers.
