Description
Wind River is hiring a Senior System Engineer - Core Kernel to support the development of kernel components for the VxWorks operating system. The role involves coding, testing, validation, debugging, documentation, code reviews, and cross-functional hardware and software integration. Candidates need at least five years of relevant OS kernel-level experience, strong operating-system and RTOS development knowledge, C programming and embedded-systems experience, and familiarity with low-level device drivers and BSP board bring-up. The position offers a hybrid work model and compensation of $130,000 to $160,000 USD plus an annual incentive plan bonus.
