NVIDIA is hiring an experienced SW Solution Engineer to support enterprise customers and internal users with complex datacenter networking products, including InfiniBand/NVLink switch deployments. The role is split between customer issue resolution and R&D, involving troubleshooting, feature and tool development, collaboration with engineering, and documentation. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of system software development and troubleshooting experience, and experience with C in kernel, application, or embedded software, along with datacenter networking protocol knowledge.
