NVIDIA is hiring a BIOS/UEFI Firmware Engineer to design, implement, and deliver firmware for GPU-based client products. The role focuses on UEFI/BIOS development, performance optimization, unit testing, code quality, security, hardware-software integration, and system software qualification. Candidates need BIOS/UEFI expertise on X86 or ARM platforms, IBV or EDK2 experience, low-level interface knowledge, C/C++ and scripting skills, and at least 8 years of experience. The base salary is 184,000–287,500 USD for Level 4 and 224,000–356,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until October 2, 2026.
