NVIDIA is hiring a Senior System Software Engineer in Pune, India to drive power, performance, and power-per-watt measurements on SoC and system platforms, especially Windows on ARM devices. The role characterizes idle, active, and low-power states, analyzes telemetry and firmware traces, builds automated measurement infrastructure, and collaborates with hardware, BIOS/firmware, OS, and driver teams to tune power features from pre-silicon through post-silicon. The position requires at least five years of experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, strong power-management knowledge, and scripting proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
