Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Sr. Systems Software Engineer for its Apache Spark Acceleration group to enable C++ native execution of Spark operations on CUDA, develop CUDA/C++ libraries for DataFrames and I/O, collaborate on distributed processing solutions, contribute to open-source data platforms, and build, test, and optimize software across platforms. The role requires 9+ years of software development experience, 5+ years of data platform development experience, a computer science or related degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in C++, Java, and Scala, enterprise customer support experience, and familiarity with AI development tools. The base salary range is 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4 and 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until July 14, 2026.
