NVIDIA is hiring a Senior System Software Engineer for its Autonomous Vehicles Platform team to build and maintain the NVIDIA DriveWorks SDK. The role focuses on sensor drivers, data streaming and recording, vehicle interface abstraction, in-vehicle testing, and high-performance C++ development using parallelism, CUDA, and GPGPU. Candidates need a BS/MS in a relevant field, strong C and C++ skills, at least 8 years of experience with multithreaded or distributed applications, and experience with sensors, vehicle interfaces, and real-time operating systems. The base salary is 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4 and 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until September 2, 2026.
