NVIDIA is hiring a Senior System Software Engineer for its Autonomous Vehicles Platform team to build and maintain the NVIDIA DriveWorks SDK. The role focuses on C++ and CUDA software architecture, sensor drivers, data streaming and recording, vehicle interface abstraction, in-vehicle testing, and autonomous-vehicle data campaigns. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant field, strong C and C++ skills, at least 8 years of experience with multithreaded or distributed applications, and experience with sensors, vehicle interfaces, and real-time operating systems. The base salary is 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until September 2, 2026.
