NVIDIA is hiring a Senior System Software Engineer for its Boot SW development team in India to design and develop boot software for NVIDIA SoCs across automotive, embedded, and server markets. The role covers CPU and memory initialization, resource management, drivers, platform configuration, security, bootloader architecture, compatibility, performance, and ISO26262 and ISO21434 compliance, while also contributing to AI-driven automation workflows. Candidates need a B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience with at least five years of software development, strong low-level systems programming skills, bootloader or BSP experience, ARMv8 knowledge, and familiarity with embedded or automotive products.
