NVIDIA is hiring a System Software Engineer for its GPU Performance and Power Management Software team. The role designs, develops, and debugs production software for GPU power and performance management, including P-state management, DVFS, control policies, real-time software, and validation. The engineer will work across hardware architecture, embedded firmware, device drivers, operating systems, and AI workloads through pre-silicon development, silicon bring-up, productization, and production support. The position requires a BS or MS in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of industry experience in system software or related hardware software, strong C programming, and expertise in hardware-software interfaces and cross-layer debugging. The base salary range is 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4 and 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits.
