Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior System Software Engineer on the NvSci team to build and implement cross-platform software for automotive SoCs, improve APIs and system architecture, optimize middleware performance, and lead end-to-end feature development under automotive safety and security standards. The role requires a degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, at least 8 years of relevant software development experience, C/C++ proficiency, and experience with system architecture, embedded systems, multi-threaded and multi-accelerator systems, and operating systems. The base salary range is 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD for Level 4 and 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until July 11, 2026.
