Description

The Systems Analyst will analyze business needs, translate them into functional and technical requirements, specify solutions, and monitor development, testing, acceptance, implementation, and production deployment of systems using Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Oracle databases. The role collaborates with business analysts, developers, testers, suppliers, and stakeholders; manages backlogs and project dependencies; supports knowledge transfer; and contributes to process improvements. It is a 100% remote position with CLT employment, health and dental insurance, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration with an emphasis in IT, or a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: Experience with systems analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience preparing functional and technical specifications.
Experience monitoring software development projects or deliverables.
Experience organizing, detailing, and monitoring backlogs.
Experience communicating with technical teams, business areas, users, and stakeholders.
Experience managing and monitoring technology suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Information Technology, Business Administration with an emphasis in IT, or a related field.
Previous experience on projects using Java, Angular, and Oracle together.
Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration.
Knowledge of messaging systems and queues.
Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle query optimization.
Knowledge of systems architecture and integration patterns.
Experience with CRM platforms.
Experience with systems related to marketing, customer service, customer relations, or customer experience.
Experience with business process automation.
Knowledge of project management for systems development or implementation.
Experience implementing and stabilizing solutions in production.
