PEMCCO is hiring a full-time Senior Systems Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, system design, feasibility studies, and the development and implementation of information systems supporting government and customer missions. The role coordinates with users, developers, administrators, and stakeholders; supports system modernization, digital transformation, data management, and ongoing maintenance; and requires a bachelor's degree, seven years of relevant experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to obtain a government security clearance if required.
