Description
The Sr. Systems Engineer will lead the design, administration, support, security, documentation, monitoring, and performance tuning of DATAMARK’s IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, virtual environments, networks, storage, telecommunications, backups, and core services. The role provides technical leadership, supports upgrades and incident resolution, mentors IT staff, responds to after-hours alerts, and assists with IT projects. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and extensive systems engineering experience are required, with expertise in Microsoft, VMware, networking, security, monitoring, VoIP, backup, compliance, and IT service management preferred.
