CHAOS Inc. is hiring an Airborne Radar Engineer to design and develop radar signal processing algorithms for target detection, tracking, and classification. The role involves optimizing algorithms for real-time performance, implementing them in software and hardware, analyzing radar data, developing simulations and models, contributing to system requirements, participating in field tests, and presenting technical findings. The position requires a STEM bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of airborne radar systems development experience, and expertise in radar principles, signal processing, waveform design, matched filtering, Doppler processing, clutter rejection, and AESA beamforming. It is a full-time onsite role in El Segundo, California, with a base salary of $160,000 to $250,000.
