Description
Noventech is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer & Project Lead to own and deliver IT projects, serve as the final technical escalation point for complex Microsoft, networking, virtualization, and remote-access issues, and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support engineers. The role requires at least five years of MSP experience, advanced technical expertise, project leadership, and strong communication and organizational skills. It is based at the Lombard office with traditional office hours and rotating on-call shifts, and is not remote or hybrid.
