AbCellera is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to own and evolve the IT systems supporting its drug discovery and development pipeline. The role leads hybrid-cloud and on-premises infrastructure modernization, technical architecture, infrastructure-as-code, automation, observability, availability, resilience, and efficiency; partners with engineering, scientific, and platform teams; and mentors engineers and administrators. Candidates need at least 8 years of related production infrastructure experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience, and experience with cloud-native modernization or regulated environments. The role offers CAD 102,000–128,000 annually plus equity, bonus, RRSP contribution, lifestyle allowance, vacation, professional development, and health benefits.
