Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer for its ECRS Mk2 Radar Ground Support Solution team in Warton, with three days per week on site and hybrid working options. The role leads requirement derivation and modelling for support-system capabilities, supports workshops and requirement reviews, develops interface control documentation, leads engineering lifecycle management design and phase reviews, and manages deliverables against a baselined schedule. Applicants must have a STEM degree or equivalent experience, full engineering lifecycle or LCM experience, avionics knowledge, and DOORS experience; the role is open to BAE Systems employees who have completed 12 months in their current role, with a referral bonus of £2000 and a closing date of 7 October 2026.
