The position involves communicating with customer technical teams, participating in RFI/RFQ system-architecture design, evaluating technical requirements and compliance matrices, leading technical negotiations, and studying power-battery EE architecture. Candidates need an engineering degree, at least one year of Li-ion power-battery or ECU development experience, knowledge of traction-battery electrical systems or BMS control systems, familiarity with CANoe and Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and English proficiency.
