CACI is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer for FEMA's ITSA program to lead enterprise systems and solution architecture assessments, modernization strategy development, and technology modernization decisions. The role evaluates application, data, integration, cybersecurity, AI/automation, and cloud-native architectures; develops retain, rehost, replatform, reengineer, replace, consolidate, or retire options; and produces defensible, auditable recommendations for executive decision-making. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 15+ years of enterprise systems engineering and solution architecture experience, federal IT portfolio assessment expertise, cloud platform experience, and DHS Entry on Duty clearance. The proposed salary range is $114,600-$252,100.
