CesiumAstro is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering activities for complex aerospace systems, including active phased-array antennas for satellites, spacecraft, and airborne platforms. The role covers requirements development, systems architecture, verification and validation, integration, configuration management, technical decision-making, risk management, and mentorship of junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and at least five years of experience focused on space-based communication payloads, with familiarity with spacecraft mission planning, launch support, and regulated aerospace programs preferred.
