Description
The Senior Systems Engineer provides Tier 2 support for Laserfiche and iManage document management platforms and business-critical GFS applications in Hong Kong. The role troubleshoots platform, integration, authentication, permissions, search, storage, and application issues; administers configuration and operational runbooks; performs root cause analysis and major incident support; monitors availability and performance; supports releases and change validation; and partners with business, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams. The position requires Mandarin proficiency, production experience with Laserfiche or iManage, strong application and systems troubleshooting skills, typically 5+ years in application support, Tier 2 or Tier 3 support experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
