Description
The Senior Systems Engineer performs requirements analysis, systems-level design, integration, verification and validation, cost and risk management, and supportability analyses for defense systems. The role leads or supports System/Integrated Product Teams, conducts trade studies and architecture evaluations, supports proposals and customer interactions, and mentors entry-level engineers. It requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least five years of engineering experience, Model-Based Systems Engineering knowledge, and the ability to complete a Secret-level DoD clearance. The position is in person in an office at least three or four days per week and requires domestic and international travel of up to 10–15%.
