People 1st IT is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to lead client IT infrastructure projects, Microsoft 365 and cloud migrations, Windows Server and Active Directory environments, networking, security, backup and disaster recovery, and advanced troubleshooting in a managed services environment. The role includes project planning and execution, vendor coordination, technical documentation, client communication, and occasional onsite work throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. It is a hybrid position with a base compensation range of $135,000–$145,000.
