New Era Technology is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to support and maintain client IT environments from its Erina office. The role provides remote and onsite IT support, troubleshoots and upgrades hardware, networks, and systems, supports migrations and infrastructure projects, manages incidents, documents technical solutions, liaises with vendors, and mentors junior team members. It requires at least five years of senior engineer experience, relevant tertiary education and industry certifications, enterprise networking and SD-WAN expertise, routing and switching knowledge, and strong Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and cloud skills.
