Description
SAIC is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to lead integration, validation, and verification activities for an Automated Test Set supporting undersea defense systems in Middletown, Rhode Island. The role owns the integration and V&V strategy across mechanical, electrical, software, and test engineering subsystems; develops integration and test plans; coordinates with IPT Managers, government stakeholders, and NUWC Division Newport; manages configuration, requirements traceability, risk, and documentation; leads technical reviews and First Article qualification; and provides technical direction and mentorship to junior and mid-level systems engineers.
