The role leads infrastructure modernization, technical mentoring, offshore systems engineering management, and collaboration with IT Service Delivery, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include Azure and Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID and Active Directory management, identity and access governance, security hardening, backup and recovery, monitoring, incident response, and automation. The position can be based in Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; or Phoenix, Arizona, with annual salaries ranging from $102,584 to $133,057 depending on location.
