Trident Systems is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer for a remote position reporting to the Director, Systems Engineering. The role leads systems engineering activities across R&D and product development for advanced space electronics, including systems analysis, technical baseline management, requirements development, verification and validation, design reviews, and support for new business proposals. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide systems engineering leadership, and may travel to Fairfax, Virginia, up to 25% of the time. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 6+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years with a master’s degree, along with experience developing complex spaceflight or aerospace hardware. The full-time salary range is $70,000 to $165,000, with health, medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
