Ventus Executive Solutions is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer in Manassas, Virginia to support the modified Virginia Subsea and Seabed Warfare Mission Systems program. The role provides project engineering and subject-matter expertise across requirements, systems engineering, design reviews, integration and testing, and the development and fielding of system subcomponents. Responsibilities include coordinating with technical subject-matter experts and government and industry stakeholders, developing decision-quality briefings, and representing Government Lead operational intent. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, and at least 10 years of systems engineering experience in submarine systems, mission electronics, or similar domains. The expected base salary is $135,000-$183,000, with medical, dental, vision, ESOP, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
