GovTech is hiring a Senior / Systems Engineer, Cyber-Physical Strategy to own the lifecycle of complex cyber-physical systems from concept through deployment and retirement. The role combines systems engineering with technical product management, including backlog governance, requirements definition and traceability, system architecture, operational requirements, verification and validation, risk analysis, and stakeholder and contractor management. Candidates need more than 10 years of experience with complex hardware and software lifecycles, formal requirements engineering, hybrid system architecture, and Agile or SAFe systems engineering; smart-city domain expertise and INCOSE certification are preferred.
