Description
AEVEX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for an onsite role in Tampa, Florida to lead systems architecture, requirements development, verification and validation, and technical oversight for weapon systems and associated hardware/software development, integration, test, configuration management, and acquisition activities. The role involves leading engineering efforts across aircraft research, development, production, and sustainment programs, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and government representatives, and using requirements and project management tools such as DOORS, Cameo, Jira, and MS Project. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, extensive systems engineering experience on DoD programs, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with U.S. citizenship.
