True Anomaly is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to define, analyze, integrate, verify, and test mission requirements for satellite command and control ground systems supporting national defense initiatives. The role leads system trade studies, integration and verification plans, risk assessments, design reviews, and cross-functional technical teams, with responsibilities spanning ground control, telemetry and tracking, ground station networks, and mission operations. Candidates need at least eight years of full-lifecycle ground control systems experience, relevant space and security qualifications, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or a related field. The position is fully onsite in Centennial, Colorado, or Long Beach, California, with a base salary of $135,000 to $190,000 plus equity and benefits.
