Red Arch Solutions is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer Level 3 to manage end-to-end development environments, conduct system trade analyses, approve system operations, and develop system design alternatives considering life-cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, expansion, and growth. The role requires an Agile SCRUM Master background, Agile software development experience, technical documentation, Jira and Confluence use, a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and 20+ years of experience with a related technical bachelor's degree. It offers up to 16 hours per week of telework and a salary range of $210,000 to $225,000.
