Trystar is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer I to lead the design, integration, validation, and troubleshooting of electromechanical subsystems for advanced electrical power solutions. The role owns system architecture and requirements, influences trade studies, collaborates across engineering disciplines, mentors early-career engineers, and contributes to project planning and reusable design processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field, 3–7 years of electromechanical systems experience focused on electrical power systems, and familiarity with systems-engineering methods, testing, validation, and relevant industry standards.
