Rocket Lab is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer II for its Space Systems team in Long Beach, California. The role supports civil, commercial, and defense space programs by developing technical budgets, system requirements, verification techniques, simulations, test methods, and data analysis; leading spacecraft mission development; and contributing to program and product management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least eight years of aerospace engineering experience, spacecraft development experience, and an active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI. Compensation includes a base salary of $132,000–$198,000 USD and total compensation of $164,500–$255,275 USD.
