Veracyte is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to own the architecture, reliability, and long-term operability of a commercial in vitro diagnostic software product deployed across customer environments. The role focuses on Windows-based systems, distributed and hybrid infrastructure, deployment support, root-cause analysis, security, observability, automation, and regulatory-quality practices. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 6–7 years supporting commercial product software, with experience across Windows, Linux, Docker, virtualization, cloud, and regulated environments. The position is hybrid and offers a base pay range of $183,000–$225,000 USD.
