Open Approach is hiring a full-time Senior Systems Engineer in Burlington, Vermont, with a salary of $90,000-$110,000. The role focuses on architecting and implementing complex technical projects for clients, including server infrastructure, firewalls, physical and wireless networks, cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 administration, virtualization, VDI, LAN/WAN, security, and Azure or AWS infrastructure. The engineer will work with coworkers, vendors, and clients, maintain documentation, participate in an on-call rotation, and work from the office at least three days per week. At least four years of engineering experience in an MSP environment is required, with coding or scripting experience helpful.
