Description

Grab is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to manage endpoint and patch operations for Grab, including SaaS-based endpoint management, software evaluation and deployment, operating-system and application lifecycle management, automation, troubleshooting, and Level 2 and 3 IT support. The role requires extensive experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android endpoints, MDM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager, scripting and automation, security and compliance, and CI/CD tools, and is based onsite at Grab's office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 6 years of administration and operations experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android endpoints, including Windows image deployment.
Hands-on experience with MDM tools including Jamf, Workspace One, Intune, JumpCloud, and Google MDM.
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, and OS and application patch management.
Experience implementing endpoint security configurations, familiarity with PKI, and knowledge of SSO and related protocols.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Shell, PowerShell, and Python, with experience using AI tools.
Experience in advanced troubleshooting, change management, incident management, and ITIL processes and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
