KBR is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer / Model-Based Systems Engineering Lead to support NAVAIR aircraft survivability and electronic warfare programs, including the AN/ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispensing System and iASE Programmer. The role leads requirements development, system architecture, interface definition, integration planning, verification, cybersecurity, and engineering coordination across government, platform, laboratory, and industry stakeholders. It requires approximately 75% remote work with weekly in-person meetings and access to secure facilities near Patuxent River, Maryland, or King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least 12 years of relevant experience, MBSE and SysML experience, and a U.S. Government Secret security clearance or eligibility.
