Description
Katalyst is hiring a senior systems engineer to lead system architecture, requirements development, integration, verification, validation, and technical execution for advanced robotic spacecraft from concept through flight operations. The role owns system-level requirements across spacecraft subsystems, software, autonomy, and mission operations; develops models, interfaces, trade studies, and technical baselines; and leads cross-functional engineering efforts. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in an aerospace, mechanical, electrical, systems, or related technical discipline and at least 12 years of experience developing complex aerospace, defense, robotics, or autonomous systems. The anticipated base salary is $140,000-$205,000 annually, with medical, vision, dental, equity, relocation, and paid-time-off benefits.
